Important Team Info! READ THIS WHOLE PAGE!!
-If you are new to the team and need a suit- buy an all black competition suit. Girls need to only wear one piece suits at practice. 

- Practice for 2022 will be held at Mt Diablo High School- then move to Forest Park

- FORMS: The MDUSD Athlete Clearance and Waiver form must be completed and turned in at the first practice. This form requires a Doctors signature. You may not practice without this form! It is good for one year so any forms used for spring sports are still valid.

- For meets we need parents to drive, time, we need a runner and a starter for home meets. Parents need to be finger-printed and TB tested through the school district to drive to meets with swimmers.
- Parent drivers must also complete the form " Transportation of Students in Privately owned Vehicles" and turned into the school office.
- Swimmers who are over 16 must complete a "Student Athlete Driver's Form" .Swimmers may only drive siblings to swim meets and must have a completed driving waiver.
- Academic Eligibility: Student athletes must attend a minimum of 2/3 of their classes on the day of any athletic competition or they will be ineligible to compete. Students in grades 9-12 involved in school sports must earn a 2.0 or C average and passing grades during the most recent grading period ( quarter or semester) in at least 20 semester units of work. If you are experiencing any difficulties in school please discuss the situation with your coach.
